GalleryFlow
Watermark protection

Photo watermarking that survives a screenshot

A watermark laid over a web page is a DOM node — anyone can delete it. GalleryFlow composes the watermark into the pixels of every image a client sees, personalised with their name, email and the time they viewed it. Unsold work stays protected, and a leaked file points back to whoever leaked it.

Baked in, not overlaid

Client-facing images are re-rendered server-side with the mark composited into the pixels, so there is no overlay to strip out.

Personalised per viewer

Templates fill in the studio name, the client’s email and the view timestamp, making every delivered view individually traceable.

Positioned the way you want

Nine anchor positions plus tiled coverage, with opacity, rotation and your logo — tuned per gallery.

Originals stay yours

Client views are downsized display copies with metadata stripped; the full-resolution unwatermarked file is never served until you allow it.

Frequently asked questions

Can a client remove the watermark?
Not from the file they receive. The mark is composited into the image pixels server-side rather than layered over the page.
Can I show unwatermarked photos after payment?
Yes — enable original downloads for that gallery or share link and the client gets clean files.
Will watermarking slow galleries down?
No. Rendered views are cached per size and watermark setting, so repeat views are served instantly.
