Reports & analytics

Know what your studio actually earns

Most studios find out how the year went when the accountant tells them. GalleryFlow reports on the data you are already creating — every booking, gallery, order and invoice — across eight domains and one cross-domain dashboard, over any date range you choose, and exports the lot when someone needs it in a spreadsheet.

Eight reports, one dashboard

Revenue, clients, events, galleries, storage, team, printing and deliverables, plus a dashboard that puts the KPIs and charts from all of them on one screen.

Any window you need

Today, yesterday, this week, this month, this year, or a custom range — with the previous period alongside it, so you see growth rather than a bare number.

Charts that answer a question

Revenue trends, source breakdowns and a booking heatmap that shows which days of the year your studio is actually busy.

Export to CSV, Excel or PDF

Every report exports as CSV, a real .xlsx workbook, or a PDF — and each export is recorded, so you know what left the studio and when.

Frequently asked questions

Can my accountant see reports without being able to change anything?
Yes. Reporting is its own permission, granted to owners, admins, managers, sales and accountants. A bookkeeper can read and export every report without touching a client, a gallery or the plan.
What format do exports come in?
CSV for anything you will re-process, a genuine Excel workbook for anything you will hand over, and PDF for anything that has to be read as-is.
Does reporting use its own set of numbers?
No — that is the point. The reports aggregate the same records the rest of the product writes, so a figure in a report and the same figure on a client or an order cannot disagree.
